Talking about us

Hi, we are students of Camigliano and in this blog we are going to talking about our school and, more specifically about our exeperience with the project Erasmus Plus.

This draft that we explain in a better way in "project summary" includes the mobility of 6 italian students in Portugal in February and the welcoming of a group of Portuguese guys here in Italy.

So it is a perfect project for who loves the English language and wants to improve theirs understendings.

Behind these days abroad there is a big effort from students and teachers for what regard the organization of tasks to realize before the departure that we do in the “Erasmus Club”

This extracurricolar commitment, which includes some meetings,  is essential in order to  partecipate at the real Erasmus.

During Erasmus we worked together and we learned new things that we didn’t know before, we got involved, we met new people and made new friends. 

This helped us a lot! This kind of short lessons are very interesting and funny because we have the chance of studying, talking and writing the language in a less 'scholastic' way and addressing important issues like the 2023 goals, underlying some of our homework.

The works and conected projects:

First work: logo and poster

Logo:  by the program Canva we have done our personal logo that you can see on the top of this page. It is pretty good and it was the first work we did.

Poster: we also made a poster based on the fourteenth goal of the 2030 agenda: "life below water".

Second work:we introduce ourselves

We made it by chatterpix; in this video there are all the kids who are working hard on this project. We are a lot: almost 30!

We talked a little about ourself and this is what came out of it!

We described ourselves and we talk about our favourite activities (sports, hobbies, etc.). It was very amusing and interesting to create an avatar using chatterpix. 

Third work: the school

How we alredy said we study in Comprehensive institute in Camigliano which includes kindergarten, primary and seconday school of first degree, which is found in the comune of Capannori in the province of Lucca (in Tuscany).

Etwinning

eTwinning is an European community of teachers created to promote 
school collaboration in Europe.

It is a virtual platform where students and teachers work toghether, talk and work with other schools from other parts of Europe using the web and joining some meeting. 

Five of us joined eTwinning and they alredy started to work on it a few months ago.

It is surely interesting and exciting doing short english meeting and talking with students from other countries.

 Talking as one of the pupils in the eTwinning project I personally really loved it.
